Cherry Tartlette , Frog Hollow Bakery



My favorite pastry...tart fresh cherries in a light pastry shell and baked to perfection.Fresh each week and you will not want a day to go bye without one of these special treats.

You can keep this cherry tartlet frozen for up to 6-9 months.
For a golden brown crust, brush with egg.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
