1 whole chicken
3 organic carrots
2 organic stalks celery
2 organic parsnips peeled
1 bunch of organic parsley
1 organic onion
12 organic mushrooms, sliced
1 package of egg noodles
2 shakes of powdered ginger
salt and pepper, to taste
1) Boil and drain noodles.
2) Put all ingredients into large pot and cover with water.
3) Bring to boil and then lower temperature and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
4) Cut chicken into pieces
5) Put noodles in bowl, cover with soup.
