Recipe: Cauliflower Biscuits

Ingredients

Cauliflower, garlic, non fat Greek Yogurt, Cheddar Cheese, eggs, eggf whites, kosher salt, pepper



Directions

Mash Cauliflower.

pre-heat oven 400 degrees.

Steam Cauliflower for 10 to 12 minutes.

put in food processor, add minced garlic and mix until smooth.

Place in large bowl.

Add 2 eggs, cheese, yogurt, salt and pepper and mix.

In another bowl, beat egg whites and fold into cauliflower mixture.

 

Coat mini muffen pan with cooking spray, fill to top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Plate and serve
