3 russet potatoes
GGO olive oil
3 Swiss cheese slices
salt and pepper
Preparation: Brush baking dish or skillet with
olive oil. Slice potatoes crosswise, arrange
vertically and loosely. Sprinkle garlic amd
Italian seasonings on top of potatoes. Season
with salt and pepper, dot potatoes with butter.
Cover skillet or dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees in
oven for about i hour. Remove foil, sprinkle with grated
Swiss Cheese slices and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
