Recipe: Monterey Jack Spaghetti

8 oz spaghetti broken into 2 inch pieces.  2 eggs, 2 cups sour cream, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 10 oz chopped spinach, 7 large French Fried onion rings divided.


Cook spaghetti. In medium bowl beat eggs, addsour cream, parmesan cheese and ggarlic powder. Drain spaghetti and add into egg mixture w/ cheese, spinach and 1/2 onions. Put in greased 2 qt casserole and bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes

covered. Last 5 minutes add remaining onions.
