GGO linguini, Cream Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Whole Milk, Spinach, Oregano,
Salt, Pepper, Olive oil, Butter, Cherry tomatoes
Boil linguini with 3 tblsp olive oil.
Drain and add to sauce.
Sauce: in a sauce pan 1/2 cup milk and 1 lb cream cheese, two shakes oregano, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper. Stir until sauce is blended and not too thick. Add minced spinach and 2 tblsp of butter.
Roast Cherry Tomatoes. Plate and top with roasted tomatoes.
