4 Swiss chard leaves
1 container cottage cheese
1 cup crumbled up feta
Salt to season
Filo dough (thawed)
1/2 cup melted butter + 2 tbsp oil
Rinse, dry Swiss chard, chop up to bite size pieces, combine with cheeses, eggs and chopped onion, season with salt.
Grease large pan and layer 2 filo on the bottom to cover pan, brush with melted butter, continue to layer and brush with butter till filo is half way done.
Spoon over the the filling and spread evenly over the filo. Continue to layer with filo and butter till filo is done. Brush top with butter and cut into squares or diamonds,bake in oven at 350 till golden. Let rest in pan covered with tea towel for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
