1 whole chicken
2 stalks celery
2 parsnips peeled
1 bunch parsley
12 mushrooms sliced
1 package of egg noodles
2 shakes of powdered ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients ( boil noodles separately)
into large pot and cover with water.
Bring to boil and then lower temperature and
simmer until chicken is cooked through.
Cut chicken into pieces
Put noodles in bowl, cover with soup.
