Recipe: Double Bubble Blackberry Duck

Two-Four GGO Duck Breasts
One 6 oz Blackberries
GGO Blackberry Jam
GGO Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Broccoli or Asparagus
Sweet Potatoes
Cinnemon and sugar


Place Duck breasts in skillet. In a bowl,

Mix Olive Oil and Blackberry Jam.

Brush on mixture, and while searing and cooking,
keep brushing with mixture and turn often.

Place Broccoli or Asparagus in a pan and
drizzle with Olive Oil and salt and pepper,

Put in oven and broil for 11 minutes.

Bake sweet Potato, cut open when done and
mix butter with cinnemon and sugar and brush
on Potato. 

Slice Duck. Plate. Pour balance of
Blackberry mixture over Duck.  Garnish with
Whole Blackberries.
