Recipe: Four Ingredient Berry Vegan Smoothie

Ingredients

2  cups blackberries frozen

1 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

a few  drops stevia liquid to taste

 

Optional Toppings

1/2 cup strawberries fresh

1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

1  tablespoon cacao nibs



Directions

Combine all of the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Top your smoothie with fresh fruit to your taste.
