8 oz. (about 3 cups) fresh organic sugar snap peas
2 tsp. vegetable oil (or your preferred cooking oil)
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1) Trim the stems from the pea pods.
2) Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
3) Add the pea pods, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4) Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the garlic. Cook for 1 minute stirring often. Remove from heat.
