Recipe: Rutabaga Fries

1 rutabaga cut into spears
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste


1) Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) Combine rutabaga spears with oil and spices, and toss until evenly coated.
